Little Girls....Little Girls!

I packed up and headed out of town for the weekend to be surrounded by little girls--and meet the newest one of the bunch! We had fun doing all the girly things I don't get to do in my house of stinky boys--hair, lip gloss, and fingernails! We gave Haidyn a bath then all took some pics! Yeah for little girls!

So today AJ played his last basketball game of the season. Overall, he score like 20 points, had 15 steals and and unknown number of skinned knees. We're so proud of you AJ. Great job on your first season.

So Alex and Chris are addicted to Mario on their DSs. They play them for hours on end and only come out to get a drink, but still won't put them down. Meli and I have our crackberries and Alex has his Cracktendo DS. (AJ has xbox). How sad are we!

Fun Girls Weekend in Cougar Country

Last weekend my friend Kristin invited me on a roadtrip to visit our friend Kristen in Utah. We had sooo much fun--starting at 6am when we left--right up to end when we coasted in on gas fumes on Sunday!! On Saturday our other friend Randi flew in from good ol AZ for even more crazy fun. We went to a comedy club, ate good food, shopped, saw a movie, and basically acted like silly little girls!! It is so fun to have great friends--which I do for sure! Thanks Girlz!

More Birthday Fun!

So I am finally posting all the birthday fun we had for J's big 34. His birthday fell on a Friday and we went out with our good friends Rebecca and Fidencio to eat and see a movie. Then for his present we went to Mystere the following weekend. So he was telling everyone that is was his "birthday week"--ya nice try! We got a room at the Stratosphere--super deal and it was a pretty nice room. With our reservation we got access to the tower for free as many times as we wanted to go. We went up that night then again in the morning before we left--what a difference the sunlight makes. I am afraid of heights but at night it didn't seem so bad. So Happy Birthday Week J--you deserved it! Love ya!
