So we went with our friends the Thomas' to the Ballona Pallooza put on by the city. They promised us a balloon glow, good music, and free entrance with cheap parking. WELL..... the line was a nightmare to park so we ended up parking across the street and hiking in, only to find out that they weren't doing the balloon glow, the band Everclear was playing but was delayed and had sound probs, BUT of course we had a great time!!! When in doubt dance around, act crazy, and embarrass the heck out of your kids!! The fireworks were a great way to end the night. No matter where we go, we always make a fun time of it!!!

Wow! I'm glad you had fun!Last year during the Balloona Pallooza we had a balloon land in our park. It had a malfunction. Rick and the kids helped roll it in! It was exciting! Good memories!
