Ok, so we have lived here in Las Vegas for over 9 years and this was our first time out to Spring Mountain Ranch. Why we never went here before I don't know---we loved it out there! Something about being surrounded by the gorgeous mountains and cooler fresh air makes you appreciate things more! Even my kids were actually NICE to each other (see the picture of them sharing their food). We BBQ'd, played ball, even hiked--just a little jaunt(nice word K)--to a lake. It was great--good times with good friends! Go there if you never have, you won't regret it!! (ps I put the picture of the burger in for J--he gets proud of his skills with the grill!)

Love the burger and the pic of the kids sharing the food. We will have to go there again.
I think I've been there before. Isn't that the place that does the plays in the summer?
